We would like to add my opinion that the placement of this type of shelter is inappropriate for Figgins or any other
R-1 zoned subdivision.
It's hard to understand why HRDC, a well respected entity in this town, would try to force this issue on this
neighborhood without clear and concise forethought.
Please consider intervening with the special permitting "process", and put this before the City Commission with
proper transparency and public input.
