Dear City Commissioners,
I suggest the city start saving to dam Mystic lake. We need another source of water. I thinkthis was used by the city at one time. Increasing water fees isn't going to solve water problems.
I also suggest the city limit parking on North Wallace ( north of the city bus barn) to one sideof the street. This is a safety issue.
