Authorize City Manager to sign Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Morrison and Maierle, to the WWTP Storage Maintenance Building Project, add $2,300.00. 3. Authorize City Manager to sign Agreement with ThinkOne for Professional Architectural Services for re-roofing several buildings at the WWTP. 4. Authorize City Manager to sign Acceptance of Public Street and Utility Easement with Carl Vandermolen, north of Tschache Lane. 5. Authorize City Manager to sign Release and Reconveyance of Utility Easement with Maththew A. Madden and Lisa M. Hughes, portion of Lot 2D, Brady Ave. Subdivision. 6.
