Minutes - C.August 1, August 15, September 6, September 12, and December 5, 2005, and January February 17 17, , February 21, and February 27, 2006 Consent Items - D. 1.Commission Resolution No. 3895 - vacate the street rights-of-way for portions of East Harrison Street, Highland Avenue, and Cypress Avenue lying within Sunset Hills Cemetery 2.Commission Resolution No. 3896 - change the name of "Enterprise Road", lying between Reeves Road West and North 19th Avenue within the Walker PUD Subdivision, to "Venture Way" 3.Authorize City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement between City of Bozeman and Crestview Lake, LLC - ±42.18-acre parcel described as Lot 3, Minor Subdivision No. 221, and adjacent rights-of-way for Catamount Street and Davis Lane 4.Commission Resolution No. 3897 - annexing ±42.18-acre parcel described as Lot 3, Minor Subdivision No. 221, and adjacent rights-of-way for Catamount Street and Davis Lane 5.Ordinance No. 1661 - Zone Map Amendment to establish initial municipal zoning designation of "R-4," Residential–High-density, on ±42.18-acre parcel described as Lot 3, Minor Subdivision No. 221, and adjacent rights-of-way for Catamount Street and Davis Lane; provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption 6.Acknowledge receipt of letter from Gobuild withdrawing previous requests to annex 1.6039 acres lying along east side of Story Mill Road, and south side of Bridger Drive (A-04012) , and establish initial municipal zoning designation of "R-4", Residential– (Z-04196) High-density 7.Authorize Mayor to sign - Interlocal Agreement between Gallatin County and City of Bozeman for televising of meetings from the Community Room 8.Ratify City Manager's signature on Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release between Olympus Technologies, Inc., the City of Bozeman, and Morrison-Maierle, Inc. 9.Approval of final plat for Cottonwood Condos Subdivision - subdivide 35.254 acres located between Ferguson Avenue, Resort Drive, West Babcock Street and Fallon (P-05070) Street into 3 residential lots 10Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions Public comment E.
