To whom it may concern,
The application for the Special Use Permit to establish a Warming Center at 3025 Westridge needs to be denied. If
it is not, given the information available regarding this matter at this location, I cannot help but assume there must
be some conflict of interest at play.
This is an established single family home neighborhood and is located at the intersection between an elementary
school and Middle school. Additionally, aside from outdoor parks, there is not a single public facility or
establishment within reasonable walking distance in the cold. There are several common sense factors that make
this a poor location choice for the entire community, including those for whom it is intended.
