I'm writing in regards to the Etha Hotel project. As I was driving down Mendenhall the other day I found
myself staring up at rooftop mechanical equipment on the low roof of the old Armory building. Not only is it
very poorly screened but I also recall that space was supposed to be a grand patio with extravagant
landscaping and even a pool. Unless I'm missing something what ended up being built is far from what was
in the approved project plans.
Please look into this as I'm afraid the community is getting a far less quality project than was promised.
