To Whom It May Concern,
I am a resident of Crossings 2 subdivision, 3339 Lolo Way. Our neighborhood has been built
within the City's Starry Nights parameters, with shorter lamp posts, down lighting on exteriorhomes. Now, with the installation of the new lamp posts on Baxter, the back of our
neighborhood which faces this streets of Baxter and Davis are completely lit up from lightTrespass. We literally have street lights shining into our windows all night long. My kids have
now on several nights asked why its daytime still and they have to go to bed. I understandsafety concerns for the street, but these lights are certainly more lumens than what is required
and I would assume over the allowed limit by the city as well. I am asking for the city to testthe lumens for appropriate levels and that the lights either to be shaded (similar to what has
been done on Love Ln) to reduce light trespassing onto my property, or be outfitted with lowerintensity bulbs. I appreciate your attention to this.
