Subject:Figgins warming center
Hello! This email is regarding the permit for the warming center off Westrridge. The location being between two schools is far from ideal. The path near the house
has hundreds of kids walking and riding bikes within close proximity. We have a child attending Morning Star and while we do not live in the Figgins neighborhood I
live in a neighborhood zoned as single family, How often does the city change zoning? Is it a normal practice?
If the warming center zoning gets passed, could it be a conditional permit for a year and then a re-evaluation? Thank you for your time!
