In regards to the HRDC warming center, it seems this was a decision made in haste. The location boggles
me, a residential area with high volumes of children in area with 2 schools in the immediate vacinity. Also,
bussing individuals into a residential area on the extreme south end of town is about as far out of the way
to contribute to the all ready congested roadways.
