E. Action Items
1. 03:06:58 PM (00:00:49) Fire Impact Fee – Capital Improvement Plan Fire Impact Fee, CIP
Finance Director Kristin Donald and Fire Chief Josh Waldo discussed the Fire Impact Fee fund.
The revenues look good for this year; however, next year adjustments might occur. Chief
Waldo described the anticipated services associated with the different fire stations and the
expected upgrades and moves. Committee members also asked about the timeframes to
utilize the funds.

to approve the proposed updated Capital Improvement Plan for the Fire
Impact Fee.

2. 03:19:18 PM (00:13:09) IFAC Ethics Training (Donald)
Ms. Donald presented the annual required Ethics Training for the IFAC members.
F. 03:47:40 PM (00:41:31) FYI/Discussion
There were conflicts with the regularly scheduled IFAC for the November 7th meeting. It was
decided that the next meeting of the IFAC is scheduled for November 5th at noon. The
agenda will cover all other Impact Fees
