This location south of town is so far away from any of the other faciIties that help these
individuals, it just doesn't make sense. If this is suppose to be a "temporary" fix, what will happen once this location is no longer
needed for "over flow"? The stress and anxiety that all of this upheaval has caused will forever effect all that live in
this area. Issues that could arise such as vandalism, theft, lottering, harm to children and others that frequently run and walk this neighborhood.
