Hi there, my name is Leila Bost and I live in the Alder Creek subdivision. Even though there is a smear campaign
put on by a lady that lives in Figgins, I want to voice my support of a temporary shelter nearby. This is textbook
NIMBY fear mongering. Rather than shun this shelter, we should knock on their door and ask what we can do to
help them. What a great volunteer opportunity this could be for families apprehensive about it, teach your kids that
everyone deserves a chance for a healthy life. But, I would say that shouldn’t include smoking. That isn’t healthy
for anyone.
