Meeting Notes - October 14, 2019
I. Call to order
Bob Lashaway called to order the regular meeting of the Board of Appeals at 6:00 pm at Fire Station #1.
II. Roll call
The following board members were present: Bob Lashaway, Shannon Foley, Josh Wanago, Chief Waldo.
Absent: Brenda York, John thorn
III. Public Comment
a) Opportunity for public comment was offered as required. There was no public comment.
IV. Approval of Meeting Notes
a) Wanago moved the notes from the previous meeting be approved; second by Foley. Passed
unanimous.
V. Ethics Training
a) Annual Ethics Training was completed by all members present. Training was conducted by Chief
Waldo.
VI. Information Items
a) Lashaway briefly reviewed the purpose and history of the Fire Code Board of Appeals.
b) Lashaway note that the Fire Code Board of Appeals Rules of Procedure would be reviewed for the
Board at the beginning of any subsequent meeting convened to hear an appeal.
c) This meeting serves as the annual administrative meeting of the Fire Code Board of Appeals. No
additional meetings will be held unless the Board is convened to hear an appeal.
VII. Adjourned - Bob Lashaway adjourned the meeting at 6:45 pm.
