The Affordable Housing plan looks quite complete and I am glad to see the involvement of so many
different perspectives. What I am concerned about is whether there is truly the money and time
commitment to make this work. I am glad to see the idea of everyone in the city sharing in the costs, but as
you said, that will take a lot of persuasion, especially since people are being hit for so many other needs.
Congrats on a job well done in terms of laying out a vision and a plan.
