Thank you Sarah. They still haven't addressed the issues that will impact our neighborhood.
This is low-barrier housing. No screening and no background. They have no way of knowingwho is a criminal and who isn't. Who is a child molester and who isn't. That's the point!
Combine that with the proximity to schools, children, etc and this is a disaster in the making.
I confirmed with Bozeman Police that they can't make people use the shuttle. They can't callthe police on those who slip out during a smoke break. They don't have the necessary controls
in place to protect our community. This is why it's a huge liability for HRDC and the City. It's the wrong location!
Hi Cyndy,
Have you read the application in detail? As you consider the impacts, please see below
HRDC police report summary we received this week from The Sergeant of Operations. Yes,there were calls to Christ the King location, one being a break-in of a vehicle and the other a
warrant arrest. At other HRDC sites there were 6 assaults, 6 warrants, 10 disorderly, 23medical, 5 trespass, all in one season. Is this the kind special permit that you want to grant
HRDC next to a school?
There is growing outrage from residents in our community that this proposal is being brushedoff by your office. It's a fast tracked proposal that lacks due process. Is unfortunate and sad
that we are left to fight this on our own and through a mediocre process that lacks the controlsneeded to protect the neighborhoods and children we hold so dear. Please do the right thing
and pump the breaks on this project so HRDC can find a more suitable location.

There were six calls there from November to April. Two burglar alarms and a traffic stopwhich have nothing to do with the Church. A Criminal Mischief report which may or may not
have anything to do with the warming center and a welfare check and warrant arrest.
As far as the 82 calls at the Industrial Drive address the following is a listing of the callsduring the same time:
· Medical calls 23
· Disorderly Conduct 10
· Other/Civil 6
· Welfare Checks 6
· Assault 6
· Warrants 5
·Traffic complaint 5
· Trespass complaint 5
· Follow Up 4
· Test or Cancelled 4
· Animal Call 1
· Theft 1
· 911 Hang Up 1
· Missing Person 1

Attached is an additional summary that HRDC created to be sent out to neighboring residents.
Hopefully this answers more of your questions.

Hi Sarah,
The sign in the yard describes residents as Women and families. This is very confusing forpeople. It gives the impression that only women and children can stay when in fact, men
that are part of the family will also be there. This is very selective language and nottransparent to people in the community. It implies that men are excluded. Please advise.
