I have reviewed the Community Housing Action Plan and find the underlying assumption for the amount of
housing units a basic problem. Most Bozeman residents are not in favor of the continued growth of the city
at the pace we have experienced. It appears the Plan is based solely on matching or exceeding job growth.
If the job growth is controlled, there is no need for this rampant housing growth. Please listen to the
residents!!!!! Consider what you are doing to this once charming town.
