I am contacting you to express my concerns about the proposed HRDC warmingcenter in Figgins as a parent and neighborhood homeowner. My concerns center
around the safety of my children, the increased traffic in the neighborhood and theissues that arise with that, and the slippery slope of approving a rezoning of the R-
1 zone we are. There are already folks planning "use the failure of the city toadhere to their own zoning regulations in the future" to create multiple rental units
in homes. Our young family specifically chose this neighborhood for its R-1status-and a change in that alone has use considering a move. I would appreciate
