US Highway 191, east of future Fowler Avenue extended; finally adopt

h. Reject all bids for one new or late model chip truck for Forestry Division
I. Award bid - 2001 Sewer Rehabilitation Project - Gelco Services, Inc., Salem
Oregon - in the bid amount of $464,595.00
