Thank you for working on affordable housing for the Bozeman area. I would like to see ADUs
approved with easy plans provided for higher density use of homes. Also more high densityrental apartments away from the college for residents with common areas for playground and
park use. I do not approve of providing down payment assistance to low income people. Taxpayer funds of people that have worked and saved for their down payments should not be used
for other people that have not done the hard work of saving funds (yes it can be done evenwith lower income employment by making life style and spending choices). I strongly
disapprove of providing down payment assistance. I know providing housing for lowerincome Bozeman residents is a priority but I doubt you will pass a bond to give down payment
assistance.
