Good Morning!
I am curious who issued the Contractor the authority to begin work at 06:00 A.M. with their
equipment and alarms blaring?
I live at 4452 Cascade Street and have been shocked for the past two mornings to hear thistype of activity and I would be willing to bet that other neighbors have similar reactions.
I understand everyone’s desire to get these projects wrapped up before the snow flies however,
this seems way over the top and very inconsiderate!
Please let me know who I need to speak with?
