To whom it may concern:
I am writing to formally oppose the annexing of the Nahorniak Annexation application
number 19-335. I am the owner of 536 Valley Dr.
This move would SUBSTANTIALLY impact my enjoyment of my property as well as theproperty value of a brand new home. One of the main reasons I purchased my property was
because of the county zoned land immediately behind my parcel. This was a large selling pointto have a privacy buffer behind me with mature well established treats and low density land
use. Again, this move by the city would majorly affect my property value and my ability toresell my home in the future. I strongly oppose this move.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to express my concerns.
