Resolution 5105, Authorizing the City Manager to Sign Change Order Number 2 with Knife River-Belgrade for the Cottonwood Road from Babcock Street to Durston Road Project (Murray) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-12 as submitted. I. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your comments to three minutes. J. Resolution 5073, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Garbage and Recycling Charges for Fiscal Year 2020 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5073, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Garbage and Recycling Charges for Fiscal Year 2020. Resolution 5074, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Sidewalk Install or Repair Charges for Fiscal Year 2020 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5074, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Sidewalk Install or Repair Charges for Fiscal Year 2020. 3. Resolution 5075, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Snow Removal Charges for Fiscal Year 2020 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5075, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Snow Removal Charges for Fiscal Year 2020. 4. Joint Meeting with ASMSU, Discussion Topics Including: Kagy Boulevard / Pedestrian Safety, Safe Biking Routes, Affordable Housing, Student Code of Conduct, and Student Engagement (Surratt) Consider the motion: No motion is required. Public comment may be made in person at the meeting as well.
