4. Ordinance No. 1574 - adding Chapter 8.48 to the Bozeman Municipal Code to prohibit smoking
in enclosed public places and places of employment
Possible motion and vote (to or not to provisionally adopt and bring back
in two weeks for final adoption)
5. Commission Resolution No. 3539 - placing Ordinance No. 1575, amending Section 8.48.040
of the Bozeman Municipal Code, to prohibit smoking in bars and casinos, on November ballot
Motion and vote (to or not to adopt)
6. If action on Item 5 is not favorable Commission Resolution No. 3536 - placing Ordinance
No. 1573, adding Chapter 8.48 to the Bozeman Municipal Code to prohibit smoking in
enclosed public places and places of employment, on the November ballot
Motion and vote (to or not to adopt)
7. Discussion - FYI Items
