successes.

Continue developing an in-depth understanding of how Bozeman is growing
and changing and proactively address change in a balanced and coordinated
manner.

14.3 Regional Coordination and Cooperation Goals and Objectives
Goal RCC-1: Coordinate policies and actions between public entities to
increase effectiveness and efficiency of implementation of the Bozeman
Community Plan.
Goal RCC-2: Utilize inter-local agreements and similar mechanisms to
establish formal coordination mechanisms so intent, scope, and functions are
well defined to advance cooperation.

Upcoming Output
Memorandum of Agreement for Vertical Datum
Agreement between all PCC parties to use the same surveying benchmarks.
This enables better infrastructure coordination, more consistent surveying
documents, implements best professional practices. To City Commission on
October 28th.
Triangle Plan
A policy plan discussing shared goals and policies addressing development in
the triangle area between Bozeman, Belgrade, Gallatin County. Being prepared
by Gallatin County Planning Office.
Data collection and discussion by PCC is now being assembled into a draft
document by County Planning. Expected draft document and public review
process beginning later October.
Upcoming Output
Potential interlocal agreement City of Bozeman/Gallatin County regarding
development standards of unannexed areas within the City’s planning area.
