TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Pursuant to Subparagraphs 3.7.1-3.7.3 and 4.12 of the Preconstruction Services Conditions
Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager this amendment dated the 28th day of
August, 2019,between City of Bozeman("Owner") and Langlas &Associates, Inc.
("Contractor") for the Bozeman Public Safety Center, hereby establishes a Guaranteed Maximum
Price and Contract Time for the portion of the Project as set forth below:
GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE
The Construction Manager's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)for the Work, including the Cost
of the Work and the Construction Manager's Fee is as follows:
Bid Package 2A—Demolition of Existing Structures $ 158,000
Deduct Demo of Building "B" Foundation by MDT <$ 4,500>
Bid Package 2B —Asbestos Abatement $ 46,950
SWPPP Engineered Plan&Permit Fees, Phase 1, only $ 5,500
Temporary Construction Fencing, Phase 1, only $ 9,962
General Conditions, Phase 1, only $ 11,758
Subtotal $ 227,670
General Liability Insurance $ 1,423
Subtotal $ 229,093
Construction Manger's Fee (3.2%) $ 7,331

100% Payment and Performance Bonds $ 2,364
TOTAL GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE $ 238,788
CONTRACT TIME
The date of Substantial Completion for the Work outlined above is: November 1, 2019.
