To whom it may concern:
I would like to voice my concerns about the Notice of Site Plan & Commercial Certificate of
Appropriateness with Demolition Application filed by Andy Holloran for the AC Hotel
Bozeman. I am specifically concerned about the fact that there is no provision for parking on-
site. The project appears to rely heavily on public on-street or other public parking and put an
undue burden on the surrounding neighborhood. I am also concerned that the site plan
appears to utilize Tracy Street for loading and unloading of guests. This will put increase
pressure on an already busy street and compromise the safety of pedestrians and other
motorists. I appreciate your consideration of my concerns.
