To the Bozeman City Planning Dept,
This email is to register my complaint on the referenced application. This application includes
ZERO parking spaces. My request is that the City require the developer to provide parking tosupport the proposed development. Parking in downtown Bozeman is already very limited.
The addition of a new hotel is terrific, however, it needs to be able to support it's own parkingneeds. This should be a requirement of all development in downtown Bozeman.
Please deny this application until the parking is adequately provided by the developer.
I also request that a traffic study be considered (if not already done) to determine what the
addition of another hotel in this location will do to traffic. This hotel will be located next toanother high rise hotel, a high rise apartment building, and down the street from yet another
brand new hotel. This will obviously impact traffic, so the city should make sure that isanticipated and any additional stop lights or cross walks that will be required are addressed
and that the streets will be able to handle the flow of traffic.
