Dear Mayor:
Hello.My name is Brian Kortmeyer and I am writing to you from Redlands, California.I have
a solution for the Homeless using OPods. OPod renderings and photos can be found at
htW://JamesLawCybertecture.com, select Projects, and select OPods.For$15,000 you get an
OPod structure made of water pipes:A bed, shelf space, clothing space, refrigerator,
microwave, sink, shower, and toilet. With a door on each side it is a complete package.Each
homeless person will receive clothes for 3-6 months, a backpack, laptop, and a cell phone.
Lives can be changed with online Job Training, online Education,Drug/Alcohol Rehab, and
Mental Health support.All this can be funded using crowd funding. Opods are stackable,
movable, and are able to be put into a U formation village of up to 80+units, one person per
