Tom Rogers & George Thompson,I overheard your conversation last evening while discussing the maps regarding anoverlay for wetlands. I think Tom said that developers and contractors would be
privy to that info for development purposes...but I would really appreciate as a
citizen knowing where the wetlands/waterways are located so that whendevelopments come up I can be aware of the status of the land with respect towetlands/waterways. Often, it is too late once developers have purchased
property and bring projects before the Board or Commission.
So, if it is possible to provide this as part of the City Plan without too much trouble,I know many citizens would appreciate this information being readily available.
