Hi Chris,
My husband Tony Thatcher suggested I contact you. I am interested in learning how to go about making a change to
the city noise ordinance . Specifically, I would to see/propose a ban on the use of all amplified music for
construction sites in residential areas. As I am writing this letter, in my home with the windows shut , I can hear the
music blaring from the construction project next door. I am tired of asking them to turn down the music and calling
the police. They have been cited, but continue to turn up the music. The project manager says to just keep calling the
police, because he cant control them either. Any suggestions in addition to my proposal.? Thank you for your
assistance.
