SUBJECT: Addendum to Professional Service Agreement for Snow Removal Services at City
Facilities.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Signature of City Manager to sign Addendum to
Professional Service Agreement for Snow Removal Services at City Facilities. Services will be
contracted with Granite Peak Hardscape and Landscape.
SUGGESTED MOTION: Authorize the Signature of City Manager to sign Addendum to
Professional Service Agreement for Snow Removal Services at City Facilities. Services will be
contracted with Granite Peak Hardscape and Landscape.
BACKGROUND: Current Professional Service Agreement is already in place, line 30 of PSA allows for extensions.

UNRESOLVED ISSUES: ALTERNATIVES:
FISCAL EFFECTS: Funds are allocated in the current Facilities Budget and Recreation
Department Budget for each individual facility. 2020 budget for snow removal at Fire Station 1 - $3,000.00, City Hall/Creekside Park - $9,000.00, Professional - $3,000.00, Lindley - $3,000.00.

FIRST ADDENDUM TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
THE FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is made
and entered into this _____ day of September, 2019, by and between the CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, a self governing municipal corporation organized and existing under its Charter and
the laws of the State of Montana, 121 North Rouse Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing
address of PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and Granite Peak
Hardscape and Landscape, 3745 Corwin Street, Bozeman, MT 59718, hereinafter referred to as
“Contractor.”
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Term. The Professional Services Agreement between the City and Contractor dated
October 24, 2016 (the Agreement) is extended to June 31st, 2020.
