To Whom It May Concern,
My name is John Shankland and I live at 314 North Grand Avenue, legally described as Beall’s Third Addition,
S07, T02S, R06E, Block 4, lots 19-20, acres 0.15, plat C-44.
I live directly across the alley from the Medical Arts Center parking lot. I am writing in protest to the zoning change
proposed for the parking lot, amendment 19258. The subject property is legally described as Lot 2A, Minor
Subdivision 221E, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
Please add my letter to the letters of protest. I have attached a pdf of this letter with my signature as well.
