We hereby formally protest the Bozeman Medical Arts Parking Zone Map Amendment application
19258.
We own property within 150 feet of the area affected by the proposal, at 312 N. Grand Ave, Bozeman,
MT 59715. Specifically, the legal description of our home and property is: Beall’s Third Addition, S07,
T02S, R06E, Block 4, lots 17-18, acres 0.15.
We believe that the proposed zoning change will negatively affect the residential character of our
neighborhood.
