Acknowledge receipt of staff report - request for annexation of 2.33-acre parcel described as Lot 3A, Block 4, Walker Property PUD (1121 Reeves Road West) (A-02004) c. Authorize City Manager to sign - Tschache Lane Street/Utility Easement and Temporary Cul-de-Sac Easement on Lot 2, COS No. 2089 - Home Depot U.S.A., Inc.
