Honorable members of the Bozeman City Commission
I wish to comment regarding the rumored zoning changes being considered for the West parking lot of the
Medical Arts Center. First of all, why does no one know about this? Second, how can it be possible to
impact the properties and lives for residents for blocks around without proper notification? Third, doesn't it
seem wrong to you to be able to change the rules at the whim of a developer who is only in it for the
money?
We have invested our lives and our money in our properties because it is a residential area and now we are
being expected to accept changes with out any democracy, whatsoever, that will take away the value and
the values we have committed for. Is it possible you could allow this and in good conscience.
Please, advise me on this matter. Is it possible? Is it on the agenda?
