This report form is to report general parking issues or complaints that do not require an immediate
response; This also includes the ability to report a vehicle that appears to be abandoned. In Bozeman a
vehicle must be moved every 72 hours if parked on a public street, and may be towed after 5 days. There
is no automatic right to park a vehicle in front of your own home on a public street.
This form is to report only one(1) vehicle problem at a time. Please understand it may take several days
to get assigned to a parking officer and we ask for your patience during this time.
All required fields are marked with a red asterisk *.

why you believe the vehicle has been parked for over 5 days. Debris, snow piles, leaking fluids,
damaged windows, etc... all help our assessment.)
I have reported this boat at least three times since July and the game continues. This junkpile boat full of
old tires is now moved to another location in close proximately. I report he moves and doesn't give a ?????.
It is disgusting that we don't have an ordinance to not allow boats, rv's, and trailers from our city streets. Do
we believe in compliance?? If I get a parking ticket i don't have 72 hours to mitigate my mistake, I have to
pay a fine. This is how these vehicles should be treated. Our streets are a parking lot period. I have owned a
boat for 24 years since 1995 and I have paid storage or housed it in my garage. I don't expect as a taxpayer
to subsidize people who want these vehicles but expect our streets to be a storage facility. This grows more
acute as winter comes on and just ask our guys that plow the streets. Many streets are only passable as one
lane because of all these parking problems. Are we every going to care?
