Call to Order & Introductions of Attendees II. Consideration of Meeting Agenda (Chair may make adjustments as deemed helpful) III. Public Comment (Please state your name and address. This is the time for individuals to comment on any matters falling within the purview of the Committee. Opportunity for public input will also be provided in conjunction with each individual agenda item. A given speaker addressing a given topic may speak at one or the other of those two opportunities but not both. Please limit comments to a maximum of five minutes. The chairperson may alter or waive these restrictions.) IV. Approval of Minutes of May 15, June 12, and July 10. 2019 Meetings. V. Report on Results of Previous Actions & Consideration of Follow-Up Actions VI. Reports from City Commissioners, County Commissioners & School Board Trustees. VII. Reports/Requests from Law Enforcement Liaison Officers VIII. Reports from Non-Voting Official Committee Members (City, County, & Schools) IX. Report from Any Representative of Montana Department of Transportation. X. Reports from Related Groups (BABAB, TCC, GVLT, Safer Bozeman, GAP, etc.) XI. Meet and Greet new City of Bozeman Director of Public Works (Mitch Reister). XII. Meet and Greet new MDT’s new Butte District Administrator (Bill Fogarty). XIII. Consider Pedestrian/Bicycle Use of East Main & Highland Boulevard Intersection. XIV. Consider Safety Issues on East Garfield between South Tracy & South Black Avenues. XV. Consider Submitting Letter of Support for a TOP Application on Frontage Road Path. XVI. Additional Business (time permitting) a. Consider making safety-related recommendations to Congress, the State legislature, MDT, City & County Commissions, planning boards, other review groups, administrative bodies & advocacy groups on proposed projects and on policies, budgets, & capital improvement programs scheduled for consideration by those bodies or under staff review b. Specific Sidewalks & Pedestrian Crossings (existing or proposed) c. Individual streets & Intersections (e.g., Willson, College, Kagy) d. Distracted Driver Issues (bills, laws, ordinances & educational efforts) e. Consider Joining With Other Groups in Advocating for Safety Causes f. Other Concerns of Members XVII. Discuss Revision of Committee’s Governance Document. XVIII. Implementation of Bozeman Community Transportation Safety Plan. XIX. Future Meetings (October 9?). XX.
