The rat¡male is thet the BPC can strategy, the BPC, upon advice of RIck Willlams Consulting, has chosen to use a factor equal to 50% of unused parking spaces dur¡ng the Peak Hour. ln September 2019, the Park¡ng Program Manager began usinB the most current 'Average Peak Occupancy (Weekday - Noon)' as the Peak Occupancy number for th¡s calculator. Monthly, the Park¡ng Mânater pulls peak occupancy data for Weekdey-Noon, Friday Even¡ng, and Saturday Evening for the previous month. This data is comb¡ned with other monthly peak occupancy to creâte a "Peak Occupancy Average". Because the Weekday-Noon peak occupancy data histor¡cally has the highest volume of parked vehicles, it ¡s used for the purpose of the Park¡ng Permit Calculator. 363 50 60 19 27 54 46 619
