THE GRANTOR, hereby grants the City of Bozeman, a Temporary Construction Permit, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, for the period of one year or the duration of the construction project, whichever is greater. 3 . IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT: A. The Temporary Permit Area will be leveled and cleared of any debris after construction and left in a good, workmanlike condition. B. The existing driveway will be restored/improved to a like or better condition.
