Hello,
I am writing with concerns about the planned changes to traffic on Cottonwood. The left hand turn into
Classical Way from northbound Cottonwood, and also exiting Classical Way onto northbound Cottonwood,
are used by many families in our community, mine included. From attending various games and school
functions, including daily trips to school for my 3 children, I average 5 left hand turns into and out of
Classical Way daily. I am one person, making 5 turns daily, including the weekend days, for school, sports,
and attending Trinity Church on Sundays. Trinity Church meets at Petra Academy on Sunday’s, and holds 2
fully attended services. The amount of traffic having to work around the no left hand turn into Classical
Way will cause an absolute mess for that intersection, for Valley West residents, for the new high school
students, and for the many community members that access school, fields, and church on Classical Way.
Please reconsider the current plan and make changes to ensure the work that is being completed will
benefit all in the community.
