Commissioners,
This would be a ridiculous disruption to the northeast neighborhood. If nothing else, note thesuccess of Dave's Sushi, a genuine Bozeman experience. And compare it to the nondescript,
anywhere experience of this out-of-context interference with our culture. I would also pointout how the entire enterprise calls into question your supposed interest in affordable housing.
