Hello,
My name is Lynda Andros-Clay and I live on 400 Block of N. Grand.My comment is to keep zoning R-4.
It is crucial that there are limitations on development in our community. The zoning exists fora reason- to keep density restricted to certain areas. We can NOT give developers everything
they want. They are Not necessarily looking out for the best interests of the community, thatis why city council and community members need to set limitations. Keep R-4 Zoning.
