The overall development will occur in multiple phases with a mix of park space, multi-residential, and single-residential uses. 39.799 acres are zoned R-3 and 8.955 acres are zoned R-4. Currently, the property is utilized for agricultural purposes and has gravel roads used for access to an existing barn and horse stables. At the time of this writing the project’s infrastructure has been approved for construction of Phase 1 and construction has begun on Phase 1A. The proposed subdivision was previously reviewed and approved as Gran Cielo Subdivision. The original Preliminary Plat application referenced throughout the pages of this application was submitted in October 2017 and approved in June 2018.
