My name is Marilynn Miller. I live at 2036 Commonwealth Street, Bozeman, MT 59718, less than one block from
the proposed project in Application 19176. I have significant concern that a construction project of the proposed size
will have a serious negative impact on the creek and wetlands that border Southbridge Drive at the site of the
proposed project. The creek and wetlands are natural, not manmade, and they sustain birds, water fowl, amphibians,
and probably other creatures. I have carefully watched the considerable other construction occurring in this
subdivision, and it’s absolutely clear that the impact of such work extends well beyond the footprint of the proposed
project. The wetlands abut the footprint of the proposed project, and the stream continues to and through adjacent
properties.
I ask that the City of Bozeman please consider the danger this project poses to the stream, the wetlands, and their
inhabitants.
