I grew up in Manhattan, went to California after graduating then returned "home" within 5
years. I would like to offer the following information in regard to affordable housing. Thesmall "affordable" homes mandated within new subdivisions are not affordable for way too
many in this city. I have a grown daughter and her husband living in my daylight basement 3years now, they cannot begin to afford to buy or rent, we have our story. While in California I
saw numerous, well designed attractive mobile home parks. Nothing like Bozeman's mobileparks. Planned communities with parks, well kept property, club houses, pools etc. They are as
nice as any of our subdivisions. Why could this not be considered for our area? As I care formy young grandchildren I am unable to attend your meetings but hope that this email could be
brought up. This is very important, not only for my family situation but for so many. Beingretired after 38 years with City & County Law Enforcement I don't know how much longer I
can keep my home given the rising costs in our cummunity! Thank you,
