The following was sent as a text message to my city issued phone by Mike Delaney at 3:40pm today, Monday the
19th of August.

“Parklands: I just noticed today that if we and the commission agree with our engineers about elimination of our
existing cul de sac and extend road and t-bone intersection as designed by city engineers, THEN We will have to
cut Down there fabulous 30 foot tall trees and then expose the entire subdivision to the ugly RAILROAD, and also
creat a visual pathway for all the RAILROAD FREE RIDERS (indigents),,,
Now it is pleasantly pretty but not for long..
