RE: Montana Department of Commerce's Big Sky Economic Development Trust
Fund (BSTF) Program, Contract# MT-BSTF-1-19-12, MeatEater, Inc.
Dear Mayor Andrus:
The Department of Commerce has reviewed your request for an amendment to the
above referenced contract. The amendment request included:
• Extending the contract for one year; and
• Increasing the contract award by 10 additional jobs or $50,000.
The Department has approved the extension to January 16, 2021, and an increase in
award for the second-year hires. The new contract amount will be $100,000 for the
creation of 20 net new jobs.
A contract amendment will be routed to you through DocuSign.
An amendment is needed for the agreement between the City of Bozeman and
MeatEater, Inc. The program will need an executed copy for its files.
We look forward to successful completion of this grant.
