SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM
AMENDMENT TO THE
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
AND
GREENWOOD PLAZA ASSOCIATES
This Amendatory Agreement entered into en Af'r' \ \ "" \ lOi9.(
(the date of execution by the Government), by and between the
United States of America acting through the Department of Housing
and Urban Develop~ent (herein called the "Government"), pursuant
to the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, 42 U.S.C.
S 1437 et sea. (herein called the "Act"), and the Housing and
Urban Development Act, 42 U.S.C. S 3531, and the CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA (herein called the "PHA"), which is a "public housing
agency" as defined in the Act, and GREENWOOD PLAZA ASSOCIATES
(herein called the "Owner"). WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Government, the PHA and the Owner executed a
contract on March 10, 1982, known as the Section 8 Housing
Assistance Payments Contract (herein called the t'Contract"); and,
WHEREAS, the Government, the PHA and the Owner desire to
amend the Contract.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual benefits to the parties hereto, it is hereby agreed that
the Contract be and is hereby amended as follows:
HAP CONTRACT LIST NUMBER AND DATE is amended by adding "as
a~ended by D-91-037 dated Janua=y 2e, 1991. "
Section 1.1(c), Maximum Annual Contract Commitment, is
temporarily amended through June 30, 1992, by deleting
$309,048 and substituting $391,548 therefor. Effective
July 1, 1992, the maximum amount of the housing assistance
commitment shall be $309,048.
This amendment shall be effective July 1, 1990.
EXCEPT AS HEREIN AMENDED, the Contract dated March 10, 1982,
as amended, between the parties shall remain in full force and
effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Government, the PHA and the Owner
have caused this Amendatory Agreement to be executed as of the
date first above written.
