The City of Bozeman, Montana hereafter
called the party of the First Part agrees to employ
The Carl s. Becker Company to perform the following
described personal services for the party of the First
Part, pursuant to the proposal dated May 31, 1984 and,
including: /letter dated August 21, 1984/
Classification - Phases I, II, and III of our
- Proposal dated_5/31/84
.
For said services the party of the First Part agrees to
pay the Carl S. Becker Company the total sum of
Seven thousand three hundred dollars ($7300.00)
plus expenses at actual cost of travel, food, and
lodqinq estimated to be $1600.00.
Payable Monthly as the work progresses.
In consideration of said payments and compensation, The
Carl s. Becker Company agrees to perform said services
and work and carry out the provisions of this contract
in a good and workmanlike manner.
All fees subject to revision if not accepted within 180
days after the date on the attached proposal.
