AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS
MONTANA FARM BUREAU FEDERATION, a Montana corporation, by
and through its duly authorized officers, does hereby covenant and
agree to indemnify and hold the City of Bozeman, a municipal cor-
poration of Montana, harmless from any liabilities, causes of action,
claims, demands, including attorney's fees, that might arise out of
the construction, installation and maintenance of certain cement
culverts being emplaced by it in the Farmers Canal situate on the
easterly side of Nineteenth Street, Bozeman, Montana, along lands
described as:
Lot One (1) of Minor Subdivision Plat No. 28
being described as a Tract of land in the SW~SW~
of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 5 East,
P.M.M. in Gallatin County, Montana.
This covenant is to be continuous and binding upon its
successors and assigns.
DATED this 19th day of October, 1981.
